Cheesy, cracker stick - Sajtos stangli

First of all, I recommened these really delicious crackers to anybody specially for kids! Yummi snack afterschool!
Eloszor is, csak ajanlani tudom mindenkinek ezt az egyszeru es gyors harapnivalot, gyerekek nagyon tudjak szeretni foleg iskola utan!


Ingredients

About 2 cups flour
1 & 1/2 stick of unsulted butter
1tsp salt
2 spoonful of sour cream

Mix the dough together with your hands, knead a few times and put it in the fridge to rest! after that you roll the dough out to 1/2 cm, cut it to sticks, brush with eggs, put different kind of  shredded cheeses on top!/ I also used caraway seeds on top of the cracker, gives a nice flavor ! Bake on 375 F for 15- 17 min or until golden!

25 dkg liszt
18 dkg vaj
1 káveskanál so
2 kanál tejfol

Osszedogozni hogy kozepes kemenysegu legyen a teszta. Utana 1/2 cm vastagra nyujtjuk es derelye vagoval ujnyi vastagra es 10 cm hosszura vagjuk.
Tojassal megkenjuk, reszelt sajttal megszorjuk es vilagosra sutjuk.

Panda Express Chowmein/ Kinai sult teszta

Viki kislanyom ezt a tesztafelet kivanta meg vacsorara, igy mire lepancsiztak keszen is volt! Nagyon hamar elkeszitheto! Ajanlom azoknak kik idoszukeben vannak es gyorsat es finomat szeretnenek kesziteni!/hus nelkul/
This is quick and delicious! :)

Ingredients/Hozzavalok:
1tbs oil
2 skallions/green onion,trimmed andcut crosswise
1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbs soy sauce/ I used a little more/
1tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbs cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon cold water
red pepper flakes to taste
1/4 lb cooked vermicelli or you can use spagetti

1. In a large heavy skillet heat the oil until it is hot, but not smoking and in it stir fry the skallions, cabbage, celery and bean sprouts for 3 minutes or until cabbage is wilted.
2.Add the sugar,broth,soy sauce andsesame oil and simmer the mixture, covered for 3 minutes.
3.Stir in the cornstarch mixture, stir in into the vegetable mixture and bring the liquid to boil.
4.Season to taste with red pepper flakes. Simmer until heated through and serve over noodles.

Tip: I added  sliced red pepper for color, and for more flavor you can add  chopped cilantro and chopped garlic! I think this way it's the best! So yummy! :)

Glazed Chocolate-Pumpkin Bundt Cake/ Mázas, csokoládes-tokos sutemeny


Ezt a sutemenyt mar egy ideje szerettem volna elkesziteni, es gondoltam most " perfect" lessz a holnapi  MOPS-ra! Mondhatom hogy igen egeszseges, ugyhogy batran ajanlom  akik fogyokuraznak is, igy az unnepek utan! Az ize kellemes, nem tul edes, es konnyu sutemeny! :)

Ingredients/ Hozzavalok

Cake

  • 1 cup all-purpose, flour
  • 3/4 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, (not Dutch-process)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nonfat buttermilk
  • 1 15-ounce can unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 large egg white, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Glaze & Garnish

  • 1/2 cup packed confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, or toasted chopped nuts (see Tip)

Preparation

  1. To prepare cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Blend 1 cup buttermilk, pumpkin puree and brown sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed. Beat in whole egg and egg white. Stir in oil, corn syrup and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  4. Bake the cake until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs attached, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool completely on the rack, about 2 hours.
  5. To glaze & garnish cake: Combine confectioners' sugar and 1 tablespoon buttermilk in a small bowl, stirring until completely smooth. Place the cake on a serving plate and drizzle the glaze over the top; garnish with chocolate chips (or chopped nuts) while the glaze is still moist.

Tips & Notes

  • Make Ahead Tip: Prepare through Step 4 up to 1 day ahead. Glaze and garnish (Step 5) shortly before serving. Equipment: 12-cup Bundt pan
  • Tips: To warm an egg to room temperature, either set it out on the counter for 15 minutes or submerge it (in the shell) in a bowl of lukewarm (not hot) water for 5 minutes.
  • To toast chopped nuts & seeds: Cook in a small dry skillet over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 2 to 4 minutes.
